I have old tire stem extensions but they wouldn't work on my new tires. It doesn’t really matter if the gauge says your tires have 40 pounds or 30 pounds, you know that you need to add 5 pounds. Tires are inflated one moment, next moment no air at all and the person cannot inflate them until they replace the valves.
